High-Tech Tools of the Trade
Some home inspectors prefer to get by with their instincts and visual observations alone. Although both of these are great tools, we know that our clients deserve the latest that technology has to offer. The equipment list below helps Maurice and Marcus ensure that you’ll get a thorough understanding of the home’s condition.
- Thermal Imaging – Thermal imaging is used to find energy loss and leaks that are not visible to the naked eye.
- Aerial Drone Photography – Every inspection includes FREE aerial drone photography. This enables us to get a very close look at your roof, which makes it easy to find any roofing issues.
- Moisture Meter – This technology makes it easier than ever to find areas where moisture accumulates. Even better, a moisture meter helps point out areas in your home where mold typically grows.
- Carbon Monoxide Detector – Carbon monoxide poisoning is a serious and potentially deadly issue. You can’t smell, see, or taste carbon monoxide. We bring a carbon monoxide detector along to every home inspection to check for existing problems.
